Sylvia Bendo has been a regulated Canadian immigration consultant since starting her practice in November 2009.
Sylvia has experience in a wide range of immigration matters specializing in the temporary foreign worker program for the construction sector in the Greater Toronto Area. She originally gained insight into the temporary foreign worker program as the program manager of the Construction Recruitment External Workers Service (CREWS), a program created as a result of a memorandum of understanding between the construction sector and the federal government.
During her time in the construction industry, she represented the residential home building sector as a member of the provincial labour market information working group of the Construction Sector Council, now known as Buildforce Canada.
She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in French from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Western Ontario. She has a working proficiency in Italian and French.
