Elzbieta Kiegler-RCIC

Elzbieta (Elizabeth) Kiegler immigrated to Canada in 1989 and immediately became a volunteer in the Immigration Section of the Canadian Polish Congress in Calgary helping newcomers with settlement issues. Later she worked as a Settlement Counselor for a not-for-profit agency for six years which led her to become an Immigration Consultant in 1997. Since 2007 she has worked independently as an RCIC.

Elzbieta holds a Master of Arts degree in Literature & Linguistics from the University of Wroclaw, Poland. She volunteers at numerous community and cultural organizations. She has been a CAPIC member for several years. As a Director of the CAPIC Prairie Chapter she was involved in organizing the NEC 2014 in Calgary.

Elzbieta foresees continued improvement for CAPIC in fostering engagement and knowledge in all its members while advocating for and promoting our profession.
