I have Bachelors of Science with Major in Microbiology from Bombay University, India, with Post Baccalaureate in Medical Laboratory Technology. I have achieved Diploma with Honors in Information Technology from Devry Institute as well as Diploma in Immigration Practitioner Program from Seneca College of Canada. I am serving the Immigration industry for 18+ years as an Immigration Consultant. I am a registered member in good standing of ICCRC. I am also an RCIC, and an active member of CAPIC since CAPIC came into existence and Commissioner for Oaths (Quebec).

Areas of Practice:
I practice in various areas of immigration. I represent my clients honestly, diligently, and in a timely manner at different CIC missions for applications such as EE, Skilled Workers, CEC, Family Class sponsorships and appeals at IAD, H & C, temporary visa applications like study permit, visitor visa, TRP, and work permits, ARC, & representing employers at ESDC for LMIA. In addition, I represent clients for case specific representations to Case Review Department and Director - Geographic Region.

Eligibility as Director:
I possess excellent professional communication skills and writing skills in that I have represented clients professionally at various missions of CIC.  I also possess leadership skills and bring to the table and to this position, team member qualities, volunteer experience serving as BOD of ILFO for 4 years, vast experience in the immigration industry, knowledge about the current affairs of the industry and changing policies, proposed changes to the IRPA etc. Over and above all this, I am blessed with a pleasant personality. The qualities, experience and training will make me contribute in becoming an effective Director at CAPIC.  Through all of my experience I can assuredly give a voice to the concerns of the consultants. I have always fully and strongly supported all CAPIC activities, volunteered on Executive committee and seminars, while abiding the CAPIC Code of Ethics.  I can assertively state I will be an asset to the organization. I served CAPIC in the past for two years as National Secretary. I look forward to serving CAPIC as Director for the next term.
