2018 Seminar Bundle Terms and Conditions

By submitting this registration, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You are a member in good standing of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC);
  2. CAPIC hereby agrees to offer you, so long as you remain a member of CAPIC in good standing, for the cost of $1, access to Continuing Professional Development seminars offered by CAPIC (the “Seminar Bundle”). These Continuing Professional Development seminars shall be offered to you by CAPIC between January 1, 2018 through to December 31, 2018;
  3. By entering into this agreement, you agree to renew your annual CAPIC membership, and the same class of membership, on or before June 1, 2018;
  4. You further agree that CAPIC may receive payment for the your annual 2018/2019 CAPIC membership fees by charging your credit card on file and by following the same payment plan options for your 2017/2018 CAPIC membership;
  5. The Seminar Bundle shall exclude the National Conference and specialized workshops;
  6. You further agree that you will follow CAPIC’s registration process which can be found at http://www.capic.ca/en/event-registration for each Seminar Bundle program that you attend in person, by webinar, or by watching the recordings;
  7. You further agree that you will abide by the cancelation notification requirements found at http://www.capic.ca/en/event-registration. As set out therein, you will be charged a $40 administration fee (plus applicable taxes) if you register to attend a seminar in person and fail to attend without complying with the cancellation notification requirement set out therein. You authorize CAPIC to charge this administration fee to your credit card on file.
  8. You also understand and acknowledge the educational events that are accorded CPD hours, must be attended/viewed within the prescribed CPD validity time and that is your responsibility to forward proof of our attendance within the same allotted time. As a courtesy CAPIC forwards proof of attendance for “in person attendees’ but ultimately it is the responsibly of the attendee to ensure the CPD hours have been credited to their ICCRC account. CAPIC accepts no responsibility for “missed” allocation of CPD hours.
