Cecil Rotenberg


Cecil was a professional in Canadian immigration and a specialist in Canadian immigration law. He became a lawyer in 1959 and earned the distinction of being appointed “Queen’s Counsel” by the Lieutenant-Governor of Ontario, in recognition of conscientious service to clients in his capacity as advocate.

In addition, the Law Society of Upper Canada certified Cecil as a “specialist in the area of immigration law.” For the last several years, Cecil was a Member-at-Large of the Immigration Section of the Canadian Bar Association. As a result of his dedicated efforts in the immigration industry, CAPIC granted him the Lifetime Award for his leadership and dedication in the field.
