Cecil Rotenberg


Cecil L. Rotenberg, is a professional in Canadian immigration and a specialist in Canadian immigration law. He became a lawyer in 1959 and has had the distinction of being appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor of Ontario as a “Queen’s Counsel,” a senior recognition of conscientious service to clients in the capacity of advocate.

Furthermore, The Law Society of Upper Canada has certified Mr. Rotenberg as a “specialist in the area of immigration law.” For the last several years, Mr. Rotenberg has been a Member-at-Large of the Immigration Section of the Canadian Bar association. As a result of his dedicated efforts in the immigration industry, CAPIC has granted him the lifetime achievement award, for his leadership and dedication in the field.
