Dipin Dhingra, Director at ArriveSAFE Immigration Services Inc. in Brampton, ON, is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant and Commissioner of Oaths in Ontario since 2019. He passed out the Immigration Practitioners Program from CSIC e-academy. He started with CAPIC as a student member before even getting his RCIC license in order to benefit from the useful tools offered by CAPIC. He, then, founded his immigration firm the same year. He is also licensed to practice applications related to Saskatchewan Immigration Nominee Program (SINP).

He is an expert in Express Entry applications. Many of his fellow colleagues call him “EE guru”.  He also specializes in Family Sponsorship (Parents, Spouse), Provincial Nominee Programs (especially OINP, AINP, SINP, BCPNP), LMIA applications, Study Permits, Work Permits, TRVs, Super Visa, extensions, etc. He is a part of many Social media groups for RCICs, he runs one of his own as well. He created his own WhatsApp group to help new RCICs with their queries. He has mentored new RCICs with their initial applications and queries. He is an avid researcher of policies, IRPA, IRPR, case laws, etc. and tries to use it in many of his applications.

Before being an RCIC, he was an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of a big German Automotive company for over 5 years where he learnt the tips and tricks of being an entrepreneur and decided to start his own venture. And he has never looked back. Apart from this he has worked in various companies like Dell, in a technical role as well.

He believes in giving back whatever he learns to the RCIC community. He believes that the knowledge should not be kept to oneself but rather shared with everyone for the betterment of the profession. He believes in empowering his colleagues.

Dipin is a fairly new RCIC, however, he is well known among his peers for his deep understanding of the subject matter and also helping others with their individual queries. He has been an active member and a volunteer in the Liberal Party of Canada and has campaigned for candidates in the elections. He has been to the House of Commons, Parliament, and have met many Members of Parliaments and always engages with them on various matters, including Immigration. He has sought legitimate MP interventions in many applications as well. 

Besides immigration, he loves to travel, drive, exercise, spend time with his wife and son. Migrated to Canada in 2018 from India, he is determined to mark his name in the world of Immigration. He is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi and to some extent, Russian. He is also a Six Sigma Yellow belt holder. Dipin was born on the World Environment Day, which also correlates with his love for environment and nature.  He believes that, all the credit for his achievements goes to his parents for raising him with important family values.
