Nir Rozenberg is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC). He previously served as Director of Communications and Director-at-Large on the National Board of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC) from 2011 to 2015

Nir has appeared before the Standing Committee on Citizenship & Immigration Canada and has met with senior Members of Parliament on immigration-related issues. He has also been interviewed by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) and other media outlets on several occasions, and has appeared on national news to provide his opinion on controversial topics. Within his general immigration practice, Nir specializes in both high and low-skilled LMIA applications and spends his time working with businesses ranging from mom-and-pop shops to large multinational corporations, providing solutions to their needs.

Nir possesses strong oratory and communication skills, and is an active listener and critical thinker. He is able to analyze facts objectively and offer constructive solutions. Nir is the owner of Can-Am Immigration, with offices in both Canada and the United States. He completed a bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Management at York University in Toronto, and the Immigration Law program at York College of Industry and Technology.

Nir spends a lot of his time at his U.S. office in the Sunshine State of Florida.
